What does GlobalSIMs provide?
We provide travel sim cards for multiple countries, such as USA, UK, Spain & Portugal with many more to be listed for sale soon.

How do I activate my GlobalSIMs travel sim card?
Activation instructions are included with your GlobalSIMs sim pack. Typically for UK sim cards, you can activate it by inserting the SIM into your phone and following the setup instructions sent via SMS. For all other countries, visit our activation pages on our webpage www.globalsims.shop/activation and fill out and submit the required activation form.

Can I use my GlobalSIMs sim plan for calls, texts & data?
Yes, your global SIM plan supports calls, texts, and data usage. However, specific features and allowances may vary by plan and country. Please review your plan details for exact information.

How do I check my data usage and remaining balance?
Please contact the network provider for your data usage and balance enquiries. GlobalSIMs cannot assist you with data usage and balance queries post activation.

What should I do if my sim card is not working?
If your global SIM is not working, first ensure that your phone is compatible with the SIM and network settings are correctly configured. If the problem persists, contact our customer support at info@globalsims.shop or chat to us using the Chatbox for assistance.

Can I use my global SIM plan with any phone?
Our global SIM plans are compatible with most unlocked phones. If your phone is locked to a specific carrier, you may need to unlock it before using our SIM. Please check your phone’s compatibility before purchasing.

Can I top up or upgrade my new sim plan?
Yes you can top up or upgrade your plan with the relevant network provider. If you require any support with this, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.

What is your refund policy?
efunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the SIM card has not been activated. For details on our refund policy, please refer to our refund policy page, review Amazon's refund policy or contact customer support.

Can I cancel my sim plan?
Please raise cancellation queries with the relevant network providers. For travel sim cards purchased through GlobalSIMs the validity will be for the specific number of days mentioned during purchase. In case you have renewed or upgraded the sim plan since then with the relevant network provider, you will need to contact the network provider for all cancellation queries. GlobalSIMs will be not be able support on any cancellation queries, once you have upgraded the plan with the network provider.
